I (Don) have taken over Graham's class at Landudno Junction Sports and Social Club. Victoria Drive, Llandudno Junction. Every Tuesday, beginners 7.30, improvers 8.15. music till 10. Nice , relaxed atmosphere ! |
A friend of mine (and yours, who knew him), died recently, his name was Ken and often came to the salsa events in Mold, Llandudno and Bangor. He will be sorely missed. R.I.P

The music played each evening is a mix of newer salsa styles, such as funky salsa and salsaton, to the older favorites like Cuban and New York. Also some bachata, merengue and cha cha music is played. Salsa dancing events and lessons are organised by Don Stephens, for people from the whole of the North West. From Anglesey, Bangor and Llandudno, to Rhyl, Deeside and Chester. |
Monthly party nights are held at Theatre Clwyd in Mold, with a beginners’ lesson and an improvers’ lessons starting at 8.15pm prompt. Both lessons will run together. After the lessons finish there is freestyle dancing until 12am. All of the events have a friendly atmosphere and are well attended, with an almost even ratio of men and women. |
